EcoRover Chairs can and will turn over in any direction causing serious injury if pushed beyond its limits.  Ground or surface conditions, user weight and understanding of the chair's limitations are important. Pease read and understand the Owner's manual before driving.  Never hesitate to call customer service (941) 893-1128 with any questions or concerns before driving EcoRover. For added safety, it is highly recommended the seat belt be used properly and be securely fastened prior to use in the event of abrupt movement. User accepts all risks.
