Family is the Focus

In October of 2022, Donna and her family came down from Indiana for a week vacation at Casa Del Mar Beach Resort on Longboat Key, Florida, just north of Sarasota.  EcoRover Chairs was pleased to provide a rental for her father Richard.  Donna texted us mid-week to say “first time in four years being able to get my father in the ocean! Thank you, Lord, and thank you EcoRover Chairs!”  And she sent us a video of the family taking Richard from the track chair into warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  It was four years that week since Richard’s stroke and paralysis and his first opportunity to get into some salt water.

EcoRover Chairs has provided numerous rentals at Casa del Mar and manager Mark Meador is always pleased to accommodate. The logistics are seamless. EcoRover delivers to the resort’s maintenance department one day ahead of arrival. They provide storage, charging and make the track chair available when the family is ready.  In effect, the EcoRover Chair becomes a resort amenity for a week!

It was all smiles when we picked up a week later.  And a great reminder why we make EcoRover Chairs.  Family is the focus.  When a daughter can once again enjoy a week at the beach with her father, or a soccer mom can once again enjoy coaching her daughter, or a father can once again enjoy hunting with his son, we are reminded how blessed we are to make EcoRover Chairs.
